All members please arrive between 3 and 9 pm to check into the event on Friday or Saturday.

No late entries will be allowed.


Pool party from 3 to 6 pm on Saturday.

Pool & Hot Tub will be open until 2 am both nights.

DJ from 8 pm to 1 am in the pool atrium on Saturday.

VIP space will be open from 10 pm until 2 am Saturday evening.


Reservations will open on Tuesday, September 8th for this event.

Ticket reservations will close at 7 pm on Thursday, October 22nd for this event.

Tickets must be purchased in advance to attend.

Name and address of the location will be disclosed via email after tickets or a Room & Event package has been purchased, a few days before the event.


There is a $15 processing fee for all reservations.

Room & Event packages are non-refundable.

Room & Event packages may be transferred ONCE ONLY to the next 616 event you are able to attend.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations must be made by emailing us at club616hosts@gmail.com before 9 pm two days before the event in order to transfer your reservation.

We're back in Kalamazoo, with a Complete, Two-Day, 182-Room, Hotel Takeover, all under one roof!

Limited Poolside Atrium Hotel Rooms are available for two-night stays, Friday and Saturday nights.
These rooms have large poolside windows and will sell out quickly!

Poolside will have DJ Donnie D, with a dance floor, dance pole, and light show from 8 pm to 1 am Saturday night.

The large 3,000+ sq. ft. VIP After Party Room, with 616 equipment and furniture, including custom-made bench swings, a St. Andrew's cross, and a ladies-only bed, will be open from 10 pm to 2 am Saturday evening.
This is hosted, there's always someone available to answer any questions or concerns in the VIP Room.

Dress Code:
Please be fully dressed in public-appropriate attire in the hotel's bar & restaurant, lobby and parking lot - including shoes, shirts, and shorts or skirts - no bathing suits.
The minimum attire in the pool atrium is g-strings and pasties.
There is no dress code within the VIP room on Saturday evening!

We will not accept any walk-in members for this event, but you do not need to have a room booked to attend.

There is a bar and restaurant on-site, so you have no reason to leave the building after you arrive, allowing you to maximize your time building connections.
Their appetizers and specialty drinks are amazing!

All members must check in with 616 to receive their wristbands between 3 and 9 pm on Friday or Saturday.

616 Hotographer Megan will be there to help you commemorate the evening with photos from ~7 pm to 10 pm Saturday!

The venue name and address will be noted on the event flyer you will receive via email a few days before the event.

All Members will be asked for ID.
Never been to 616 before?
We have some amazing tour guides who will show new members around and answer any questions they may have.
**No free tours to the public**
Remember, it's all about having fun!
