All members please arrive between 3 and 9 pm to check into the event on Friday or Saturday.

No late entries will be allowed.


Pool party from 3 to 6 pm on Saturday.

Pool & Hot Tub will be open until 2 am both nights.

DJ from 8 pm to 1 am in the pool atrium on Saturday.

VIP space will be open from 10 pm until 2 am Saturday evening.


Reservations will open on Monday, February 2nd for this event.

Ticket reservations will close at 7 pm on Thursday, April 9th for this event.

Tickets must be purchased in advance to attend.

Name and address of the location will be disclosed via email after tickets or a Room & Event package has been purchased, a few days before the event.


There is a $15 processing fee for all reservations.

Room & Event packages are non-refundable.

Room & Event packages may be transferred ONCE ONLY to the next 616 event you are able to attend.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.


Room + Event Package Cancellations

Cancellations must be made by emailing us at club616hosts@gmail.com before 9 pm two days before the event in order to transfer your reservation.

Onsite hotel rooms are sold out at the host hotel, you may submit a reservation to be placed on the wait list.
Tickets are still available, there is a hotel next door you may request information about while booking your tickets.

You must arrive and get your wristbands between 3 and 9 pm on Friday or Saturday. No late entries or walk-ins allowed.

If you would like to add an extra night to your hotel stay, please note that in the comment box. Nights can be added for an additional $175.
Friday & Saturday will be the only takeover nights, additional nights will be mixed with public. Decorations can not be up during non-takeover times.

We will do the best we can to fulfill your request, no guarantees, first come first served based on availability.
