All members please arrive between 3 and 9 pm to check into the event on Friday or Saturday.

No late entries will be allowed.

Meet-up Friday evening in the hotel's bar and restaurant from 8 pm to midnight.

Pool party from 3 to 6 pm on Saturday.

Pool & Hot Tub will be open until 2 am both nights.

DJ from 8 pm to 1 am in the pool atrium on Saturday.

VIP space will be open from 10 pm until 2 am Saturday evening.

Reservations will open on Monday, August 26th for this event.

Ticket reservations will close at 7 pm on Wednesday, October 23rd for this event.

Tickets must be purchased in advance to attend.

Name and address of the location will be disclosed via email after tickets or a Room & Event package has been purchased, a few days before the event.

There is a $15 processing fee for all reservations.

Room & Event packages are non-refundable.

Room & Event packages may be transferred ONCE ONLY to the next 616 event you are able to attend.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
