All members please arrive between 3 and 9 pm to check into the event on Friday or Saturday.

No late entries will be allowed.


Pool & Hot Tub will be open until 2 am both nights.

DJ from 8 pm to 1 am in the pool atrium on Saturday.

VIP space will be open from 10 pm until 2 am Saturday evening.


Reservations will open on Monday, August 25th for this event.

Ticket reservations will close at 7 pm on Thursday, October 23rd for this event.

Tickets must be purchased in advance to attend.

Name and address of the location will be disclosed via email after tickets or a Room & Event package has been purchased, a few days before the event.


There is a $15 processing fee for all reservations.

Room & Event packages are non-refundable.

Room & Event packages may be transferred ONCE ONLY to the next 616 event you are able to attend.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.


Room + Event Package Cancellations

Cancellations must be made by emailing us at club616hosts@gmail.com before 9 pm two days before the event in order to transfer your reservation.

RSVP for Halloween Room & Event Packages or Tickets

You must arrive and get your wristbands between 3 and 9 pm on Friday or Saturday. No late entries or walk-ins allowed.

Onsite hotel rooms must be booked for both Friday & Saturday nights.

You may book tickets for Saturday only and request information about nearby hotels (one is easily walkable) at the same time on the reservation form.

If you would like to add an extra night to your hotel stay, please note that in the comment box. Nights can be added for an additional $160.
Friday & Saturday will be the only takeover nights, additional nights will be mixed with public. Decorations can not be up during non-takeover times.
