616 event registration is located in the hotel's conference center.
New members are welcome!
New members must check in with 616 and receive their tour between 7 pm and 9 pm.
Returning members must check in with 616 between 7 pm and 11 pm.
All 616 events are strictly 21 and up.
Cash bar within the ballroom will be open from 7 pm to midnight.
DJ with dance floor, dance pole, and light show from 8 pm to 1 am.
Get your evening commemorated by getting your photo taken by our 616 Hotographer (by donation).
We will not accept any walk-in members for this event, but you do not need to have a room booked to attend.
Please book a Room & Event package or Event Tickets by July 13th at 9 pm to attend.
Hotel check-in starts at 3 pm.
After you have checked into the event, feel free to join the hotel floor party whether you have a room booked or not!
Please keep your event wristbands on!
The hotel floor for this will be noted on the event flyer, this will be the place to be from ~1 to 3 am.

Raffle prize winners will be announced in the ballroom around 11 pm.
No outside food or beverages will be allowed within the conference center.
The VIP Room will be open from 9:30 pm until 1 am.
Dress code minimum within the event ballroom space requires bathing suit coverage.
Outside of the ballroom and VIP space, in all public areas of the hotel and conference center, including hallways, elevators, and the parking lot, requires street-legal attire.
This is a ballroom and hotel floor(s) takeover, not a complete hotel takeover,
please be respectful and do not engage with the other guests at the hotel.
The venue name and address will be noted on the event flyer you will receive via email a few days before the event.
You must secure your Room & Event Package or event tickets by 9 pm two days before the event.
All Members will be asked for ID.
Never been to 616 before?
We have some amazing tour guides who will show new members around and answer any questions they may have.
